The Historical Newspapers user interface (non-framed version)

Navigation of Historical Newspapers is achieved with the use of a database menu and page-specific toolbars. From any page in Historical Newspapers you can easily access a new database, view context-sensitive help for the current page, or find out additional information about the databases.
